Who handles your information?

MK’s Savouries, directed by Kelly Carstens-Rank and based in Belhar, Cape Town, handles the personal information you provide when enquiring about an order.

What we collect and why

The quote form collects your name, phone number, suburb, occasion and product preferences. You may also provide an email, event date, guest count, organisation and notes. We use these details to respond, discuss availability, prepare a quote and manage your enquiry. Please avoid sharing identity numbers, payment details or sensitive personal information in the notes.

Consent and contact

Submitting an enquiry requires your consent for MK’s Savouries to contact you about that enquiry. This does not sign you up for marketing. A saved enquiry is not confirmation of an accepted order.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored using Lovable Cloud with access restricted to authorised administration. Infrastructure providers process information to host and protect the service. Owner notification emails, when configured, support enquiry follow-up. The business should retain information only as long as necessary for the enquiry and applicable legal obligations.

Security and enquiry source

We use validation and anti-spam checks to protect submissions. A hashed request identifier is used for rate limiting. Limited campaign source labels may be recorded with the enquiry. We do not send your name, contact details or enquiry notes to analytics.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or withdraw contact consent, by emailing orders@mksavouries.co.za. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. Legal requirements may affect what can be deleted.
